US Treasury Resources

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 was passed by the federal government to support the economic and public health recovery of the United States from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

American Rescue Plan Act funds are formula driven and every eligible, municipal jurisdiction is entitled to receive its calculated, proportionate share.

Funding is subject to the requirements specified in the Final Rule which was adopted by the US Treasury in January of 2022.

The United States Department of the Treasury continues to issue guidance on the use of American Rescue Plan Act funds and the County will actively monitor these update.
